DETAILS:
1) The admission shall be on merit as per rules.
2) The right of Admission is reserved by the Principal.
3) A student seeking admission to this Higher Secondary School shall present himself / herself along with his / her Parents with an application form duly filled in and signed by his / her Parents.
4) No admission shall be regarded as granted unless it is granted by the authority and the necessary fees have been received by the Higher Secondary School.

5) All admissions are valid only for one academic year and they are required to be renewed in the prescribed form for every subsequent year.
6) A student once admitted will be continued as duly admitted for the academic year unless he / she informs the Principal in writing of his/her intention to leave the School at least a week before the commencement of the second term.
7) Subject once offered cannot be changed under any circumstances.
8) Student s securing highest marks at S.S.C./F.Y.J.C. exam will be selected as the representatives of those particular Classes in the Higher Secondary School.

Process & Documentation

Online Admission for the (XI std.) F.Y.J.C. class will commence immediately after the declaration of the result of the S.S.C. (X Std.). Admission forms of all classes will be available in the College office.

Following documents are needed :
I) Admission form along with 3 passport size photograph.
ii) Leaving Certificate and it’s Xerox copies.
iii) Attested copy of marksheet of S.S.C. & its 2 Xerox copies.
iv) Original marksheet of F.Y.J.C. exam along with xerox copy of the same for seeking admission in std. XII.
v) Payment of full fees in cash as prescribed.
Only for out of Maharashtra or Foreign Students

The students seeking admission for Higher Secondary School after passing S.S.C. (X Std.) or equivalent examination of the authority other than
Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (Mumbai / Pune / Kolhapur / Nagpur / Aurangabad / Nasik / Amravati / Latur) are required to obtain eligibility certificate from Mumbai Divisional Board.

The students seeking admission for Higher Secondary School after passing S.S.C. (X Std.) or equivalent examination of the authority other than
Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (Mumbai / Pune / Kolhapur / Nagpur / Aurangabad / Nasik / Amravati / Latur) are required to obtain eligibility certificate from Mumbai Divisional Board. At the time of admission those students who have passed S.S.C. Exam from other than above Divisional Board, must submit following documents duly completed :
1) Application form of Eligibility Certificate (Application forms are available at Mumbai Division Board Office, Vashi, Navi Mumbai).
2) Mark list (For XII – S.S.C. and for XI – S.S.C.)
3) Passing Certificate / Provisional Passing Certificate (For XII – S.S.C. Certificate).
4) School Leaving Certificate (For XII – XI Std. School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate with counter signature by appropriate Educational Authority).
5) Migration Certificate in original.
6) Appendix “A” for Foreign Students only.
7) Deed of undertaking on the stamp paper of Rs. 20/-.
8) Fees for Eligibility Certificate XI and XII.
a) Out of Maharashtra Students (Indian Students) Rs. 300/-.
b) Foreign Students Rs. 500/-.

Fees Refund Details

1. 90% of total fees will be refunded if admission is cancelled within 10 days of admission or completion of admission process or commencement of term whichever is earlier
2. 80% of total fees will be refunded if admission is cancelled within 20 days of admission orcompletion of admission process or commencement of term whichever is earlier
3. 70% of total fees will be refunded if admission is cancelled within 30 days of admission or completion of admission process or commencement of term whichever is earlier
4. 60% of total fees will be refunded if admission is cancelled within 45 days of admission or completion of admission process or commencement of term whichever is earlier
5. 50% of total fees will be refunded if admission is cancelled within 60 days of admission or completion of admission process or commencement of term whichever is earlier
6. No refund of fees will be refunded if admission is cancelled after 60 days of admission or completion of admission process or commencement of term whichever is earlier
